Ok guys i will post that up in the ride out section too
Deb and i both took Friday the 2nd of May off so we are having a longish weekend to go to Shropshire

So we are going to Shropshire on the first May Bank holiday weekend if anyone fancy coming along

You and the lovely Missus still coming to the land of sunshine over the Bank Holiday w/e then Pete?

I have promised my lad that I'll take him to a grown up camping knees up, and in the absence of anything better, a 40 mile ride out to join the loonies, is about right for a run down on the 125 on Saturday night ;) He is working friday eve and I am loathe to discourage a young lad.... He will need to keep me in old age so he can start practicing!

I'd hoped to offer to take a wee run out, but time will knacker me I suspect...

when Me, Ruth, Rob and Sam arrived to spend some time with the guys on the reccie we were confronted by the site owner telling us that the site was full before we'd even got our helmets off :eekicon:

the site wasn't even half full

we then had a little 'discussion' with them later over charging us for being day visitors when we only spent about an hour on the site having a cuppa before we headed home.

for some reason they seemed to take an instant dislike to us before we'd even got off the bikes so we figured that they probably wouldn't take kindly to 50-80 bikes on site for the national

their loss as we've got somewhere else to go that actually looks better to me :)

Fair enough.
