Tick, Tock

Have you bought that just to do the National on? Good Man

I better have a rethink if I'm trying to follow you :respect:

I might have to dig the intergalactic Goldwing out & buy a new battery for it

If he thinks I am helping him pickin up that mother!! Now listen to uncle Tone Bob...DONT ride it in wet mud with anakees! I know Jase will be along in a while with a pic.....but his biceps are bigger than my waist! Lovely road bike :D

Welcome to the Dark side Bob. With the old GS's if you snatch a sharp rev the throw of the beast will lift the bike up right for you. No left leg pressure needed. Not that you need any help. See you soon J :thumbsupanim:

I will keep road tyres on it and don't let me go down any lanes

Bob,

I've got the Anakees 2's on the GSA and I can confirm they are absolute sh1te off road :mockery22:
Not through choice, they were newish on the bike when I bought it.

To be fair, it will be mainly on road stuff, but when you see an open gate, what do you do ??? ;)

Yep, done it on more than one occasion, one a little too much for the power and the type of tyre :thumbsupanim:

I' m sure you will moderate your off road skills to,suit ???? :D

I collected it in my van Stuart, it took up all the room in the van :eekicon:

It needs a bit of tlc first before I get it out on the road, nothing to shout about, just a little bit untidy in places. I have no idea how to fettle these bikes so I may calling on the collective knowledge on this 'ere forum.

I'll keep that in mind Ian, I presume that they protect the pots on these bikes? Am I right in thinking that it's mainly torx bolts/screws on this bike?

Yep, the protect the heads

Not that many torx screws on the 1150 (unlike the 650s)
Most of mines been redone with stainless Allen screws now [emoji3]

Hmmm nice one Bob.

Can't believe you were in our neck of the woods and didn't call for a cuppa.
