I think the appropriate term would be something Police Action or Incursion or Pre-emptive Hostility. Invasion is such a crude term, don't you think?

Langdale sounds a good idea regardless I camped there once for New Year. Let's make a date for that anyway.
Also, start thinking ahead to the Royal Wedding weekend. I was out on my bike during the last one and the roads were empty with everyone at fates and gala dinners and in marquees on village greens. The roads were empty. It was great. So we should definitely do something the weekend of 19 may.
