Just been looking through some fresh Bike mags, some German, some Swedish and one Brit (MSL).
Then on to the classified Motorcycle ads on the web.
One thing strikes me, where have "all" the Suzuki GS1000S gone? Where are the Ducati Pantahs? Moto Guzzi LeMans I, II or III?
Not even a decent R100RS pre-83 in sight.
I know the market here in Sweden never were that big for any of them, or machines like them,
but they did pop up occasionally from time to time in the 4-sale section.
There were even a couple of Laverda SFC1000 on sale here not that long ago
They were coveted machinery once, and someone must have taken care of them as oposed to a CX500 or a CB650 that was just blend.
Is it the same in the U.K? Where are they, all of them 1970 to 1984 era bikes?
Have they gone to the breakers? (For sure not in Sweden, I have looked), Or could they have ended up with their final owner?
By the way I like the "new" CB1100EX with the wire spoked wheels, six speed tranny and bigger fuel tank.
