in that order; Yes (of course):respect:. No ( older?! than my tralp... it's already 26 o_O). Euro ( sort of...;))

When in France ... a VeloSolex?
Tick!

I'll admit to being tempted ( you know they do a 12h endurance race for Solex every year not far from here...?) but no, unfortunately unable to play with the company I keep.

"Tic" ( that's "tick" but with a french accent)

saw my finance minister yesterday, bit of a faff cos the bike's more than 5 years old and apparently they don't like that, or i'd have had to shorten the repayment time thus increasing the monthly repayments beyond what I am prepared to commit to ( what with having some extremely costly children to provide for an all) but got it sorted in the end. Should be confirmed today, then I can plan how and when to go pick it up.

My finance minister came through with the confirmation at lunctime today. I am planning on picking it up wednesday 25th from the dealer in Strasbourg. The plan is to ride from there back to my mother in law's near Chalon sur Saone. This means riding due south from Strasbourg as far as Mulhouse and I just noticed that if I cross the Rhine ino Deutschland there is an equivalent route... but without speed restriction...
