You riding up,provisinally Chris? :D

If you want a halfwayish stop -it's about 350 miles to Inverness - you are welcome at mine (and anyone else come to that). We should have a spare double bed, a spare single bed, a settee, lots of floor space, and a small patch of grass (ok, clover and moss but it's green and soft) that would take a tent or two.
Yes please. That would be great Austin. I am off from the Wednesday and facied a slow ride up anyway
Thanks

I would like to do this, but am getting bored with it. Have done it 4 times on a bike and twice in the camper - doing it again in two weeks time.
Could be busy in June, which is why I thought I would do it in Feb - bit more of a challenge!
John - Will ring you shortly - should be up your way around the 10th!

Still alive and kicking, but have not had a beer for 3 months due to meds. Can still ride the bike but only for an hour or so - so have traded in my campervan for a newer version. This is what I will be taking north in a week or so.
It has been suggested that I look to my bucket list and get started on it!

No, I thought I'd use my magic carpet this time ;)
I am trying to work out if I can make a trip to see my family in Crieff or whether I should do that when I come up for the National.

It seems a shame to rush round it in two days! I'd love to join in but early June is 'busy busy' time at work.

That's a pity Jim.

You could extend to more than two days, whatever floats yer boat

Give me a shout if you want to hook up later on in the year.Got a lot on this year, but you never know

I am ok, Looking forward to some summer riding though.
The big beastie, surprising nimble.
Its taking a bit of getting used to but its getting better, pretty happy with it.
The brakes are staggeringly good. The handling is so good its difficult to get used to though.
Have you got servo brakes on yours.

Trying to sell the TA. Its going to be a wrench to let it go.

I cant be arsed to read through the two threads about this so remind me what's happening Friday and Sunday accommodation wise. Camping? Where, do we need to book? Are we each making our arrangements? Or what?

I have got that Saturday is camping at Durness - I assume Sangosands.
