Yes Nick, 4 weekly treatments and today was the last one so that's that sorted and I am now looking forward to see the consultant in 4 weeks to tell me what's what.

Yes fine, it does not seem to alter the way I feel and I can go about my business as usual.

Contrary to what I have since read, the bone marrow biopsy was a non-event really. No pain at all, just a slightly uncomfortable feeling and no residual pain after the event. Just shows you that all you read is not true, of course, it could just be that I am as hard as nails.
