Well, that was not too bad, only in the hospital from 9.30AM until 5.15 PM. :whistle: Had a wee glitch about 3 PM with a bout of the shivers, not that I was cold it's caused by the drug tricking your body into thinking it's cold. Stopping the treatment for 1/2 hour fixed that so all is good.:clapping:

I should also mention that the Macmillan nurses are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them even fetched a couple of coffees for me. I don't know what they get paid but it is not enough in my opinion. :)

great news Andy. Let us know how its going over the next few days. Next week looks good for a coffee for me. Thursday just before the next lot of drugs goes in?
 
2 coffees in nearly 8 hours! Fek me it wouldn't be the cancer that'd kill me it'd be starvation! :D

In my usual style of tardiness I've just discovered this thread. Sounds like you have got it in hand :)

Like others, if I can do owt just say. Bit nearer than most and I'm sure I could suffer the trip down the 701, across Talla Fruid and the 708. It would be hell ; -)

You could bring your bike here and I'd hose it down but by the time you get to the top of the drive it would be filthy again.
