This fine lady docked in at Invergordon today after sea trials after being cast off at Rosyth.
She is a big one, very impressive 70K Tonne I believe :eek:
Security was pretty tight, but managed to get a few sneaky shots.

Not a very interesting shot, but gives you an idea of the size

Then on the way home , decided to go up a wee road on the north side of Loch Ness ( not in the tourist brochures ) ;)

Brilliant single track with stunning views of the Loch :thumbsup:

But my phone battery was running low.:(
Oh well, maybe next time

Living not far from Rosyth I have watched her ( from afar) being put together over the years.
After she negotiated the bridges she lay out in the Forth and the double "F'castles" became an easy identifier of which vessel it was.
