Slovenia and Croatia 2015

I'm thinking of riding to Slovenia and Croatia next summer.

The map in the link above is just a rough thought, and I would appreciate any advice on roads or places worth visiting in Slovenia and Croatia, or recommendations on routes.
I understand there are enormous amounts of roads and places to visit in these countries, but I would really hate to find out afterwards that I was only half an hour away from the best motorcycle road in the world without knowing about it...

I will have approx. 4 days on hand as I drives south trough Slovenia and Croatia.

How come you are bypassing Czech republic?

There are some good places there too

Yes there are many nice places in the Czech republic, I have however been almost all over that place before.
(I have worked there for a Finnish company.)
