If things go even remotely according to plan I will have started a new job just then... (If not, I will be far too busy getting one. I prefer plan A.)

I just had a answer from the campsite in Ypres. They do have spaces for us at the time we want. I did ask provisionally for 4 tent spaces and about 8 people and they said that space for tent and bikes is no problem

an excellent campsite with clean facilities and very friendly with an Aldi just up the road and close to the Menin Gate
will see if I can join you on this one having had such a great and moving time on my first visit

Well Andy is/was coming down on Saturday so I was thinking of leaving Sunday morning about 8ish to get to Hornfleur for lunch. Coming back the following sundayMikey said:Save me reading it all, what day are you travelling over? Is it still the saturday or are you going on the Monday?
What day are you coming back?
The municipal one in Arromanche, its the one on top of the hill. I would have prefered the other one as it look neat. Grounds of a old Chalet, you can rent rooms too but ££££Mikey said:Ok, I'll have a look.
Which camp site are you staying at in Normandy because your first choice doesn't open until the Monday (you said)
Ok as it seems that most people can't make for one reason or another I decided I skip Normandy as I been a few times before. So the plan is now to go on Sunday straight to Ypres, stay there for the whole time and do little trip's as there is plenty in the surrounding area to see.Mikey said:Looking at travel times/costs etc.
Still interested.
